Housekeeping for Guests Staying Multiple Nights
Guests staying on floors 6–25:
For guests staying multiple nights, rooms are not cleaned during the first three consecutive nights. Housekeeping service is provided once every three nights, starting from the fourth night.
By reducing the frequency of housekeeping, we aim to reduce our environmental impact through efforts such as reducing plastic waste, energy and water consumption, CO₂ emissions, and water pollution.

5층 및 26~29층 투숙객:직원이 매일 객실에 들어가 타월과 객실복을 교체하고, 어메니티를 보충하며, 쓰레기를 수거하고, 유리컵을 세척한 후 침대를 정돈해 드립니다.

Air Conditioning
The hotel’s air conditioning system is centrally controlled throughout the building, and individual temperature settings for each guest room are not available.
During the cooling season, the hotel operates on centralized cooling, while during the heating season, it operates on centralized heating.
The hotel switches between cooling and heating according to the season and outdoor temperature. Therefore, guests cannot switch between cooling and heating individually in their rooms.
